One week ago, I decided not to have ice cream for 2 week. I know that sounds silly, but 1. I really like ice cream, and 2. We need to celebrate the small wins in life. I created these posters to track my progress. Each day I get through without eating ice cream, I color in one segment of my scoop. Hopefully, at the end of two weeks, I will have a fully colored, delicious piece for my wall. Map Your Progress calls this sort of thing Creative Progress Maps.
